Well, we decided to spike Sid's hair for some variety. Here he is the first day...
Kate complimented him on his new hair...
Kate loves to play hide and go seek- although she tends to hide in only 1 or 2 places over and over. Here she is hiding under the dining room table...cutie pie.

Kate talks about "Our New House" all of the time. Last week she decided to build it (with a little help from Mommy). She also built a garage and parked her car right up front. So cute! Then she took her baby doll for a stroll to our "new house." Sid rolled around and watched as usual...

Gigi came to visit and we had so much fun! Here are a couple of pics from the park. We were so sad that the train wasn't running...we will have to ride next time.

Cousins, Chris, Michelle, Melanie, and Tyler came to visit with us and the Parsons. Nana had fun playing with all of the babies while the rest of the grown ups visited in the kitchen. So fun!

Sid turned 6 months on the 22nd! Wow, how time flies?! He has been enjoying cereal for several weeks and is always ready for more food! :-) He seemed to enjoy he first tasting of veggies. We started with squash today (August 25th). Kate seemed to enjoy it as well. She wiped up a few finger fulls off of his bib to taste- I'm sure this method of eating is very sanitary :-) She said her usual- "Mmmm, Sid, this squash is good. Kate likes squash."
Before it all began...
cereal, milk, and squash...
Kate kept him clean...
She also held his hand...
He really got into it- I can't imagine what he will do with fruit!
Kater was in charge of milk...
That was good!
Can he still be hungry?!
Naa...he's just playing...
So sweet!
After lunch they rolled around the floor together. This is a common activity for them. I can already tell that Sid is going to be a tough little boy. When she hugs him a little too hard or decides to lay her whole body on his back to snuggle, he just laughs while I pull her off of him repeating- "gentle, gentle Kater- he's just a baby!"
